Laser Etching Through Powder Coated Surfaces
At Etch and Cut Laser, we engrave a wide variety of materials from metals, plastics, wood and even glass. However, we also etch through paint, especially powder coated surfaces.
This selection of powder coated signage, aluminium extrusions and even electrical switch plates, highlight wata can be acheived by this process.
Laser engraving powder coated metals is not an obvious choics, but as a great deal of fabricated metals are now powder coated, why not?
Our CO2 laser removes, (or rather vaporises), the layer of paint, exposing the base metal underneath.
We supply a variety of custom made wall signs for industry, and these metal signs are just an example of one process we offer.
